New applicants for the 2025 - 2026 program year will be considered after March 1st, 2025. Applications will be accepted before this date. Navigators Homeschool Group fills up every year, so submitting an application early is advised.
After completing the application, you will need to provide two letters of recommendation and send them to [email protected]. These letters can be written by friends, family, co-workers, or another reference and should discuss if your family is a good fit for the Navigators Homeschool Group.
After all letters and applications have been submitted, the Director will have up to two weeks to review the application. If your family is admitted, you will be required to pay a $50 fee via PayPal to reserve your spot in Navigators. This fee is applied to administration costs surrounding the application process and is non-refundable in the event your family decides not to participate in Navigators.
After paying the $50 fee, your family will be added to our private Facebook page after the current program year has concluded (usually around June 1st). Every family will need to be Facebook friends with the Director and Treasurer in order to participate in Navigators.
In the event that Navigators Homeschool Group cannot accept more families, a waitlist will be started. Prospective families will be notified that they are on the waitlist, and they will be admitted on a first-come-first-served basis based on eligibility for the program.

Our desire is to see every child participate in these exciting activities. Our team has spent many hours planning these specifically with each of our kiddos in mind. There are activities and classes specific for each age group. You will notice that there is one single class/activity fee for the elementary group and separate fees for classes and activities for the middle and high school group. There are also additional fees for optional activities. We do assume that if you sign up to be a part of our community, that you are going to participate. Payments are non-refundable.

This fee covers much of the administration of our group including building rental, liability insurance, parties, and administrative fees.
2024 - 2025 Student fees are assessed as follows:
Infant – 2 years Student Fee: FREE
PreK – 5th Student Fee: $125
6th – 12th Student Fee: $200
6th – 12th Class Fee: Fees vary
8th Grade Graduation Fee: $20
12th Grade Graduation Fee: $50
2024 - 2025 Optional:
Musical Theater: $150
Yearbook: $20 each
6th – 12th grade Ocean Adventure: $225
Sleep in the Deep (8 yo - 5th grade): $90
Fees will be calculated for you based on your family fee, registration and class choices (6th – 12th grade). An invoice will be sent to you after official signups via email that will include a list of all fees. You can either pay all at once or can pay in two installments. The first payment will be due September 4th, 2024.
